So, I got the barbeque grill, and then I got the porch furniture delivered.
It came in pieces. Yes, I had to assemble the porch furniture. I do not have time to rant about how I feel about assembling furniture, but let it be said, I HATE IT.

After the better part of two days, it is done. And I did it myself. Amazing feat. I am SO not the type to assemble furniture.

I put an old quilt (one of my fevered projects in L.A.) on the hammock and now the back deck looks READY for summer! Our weather has been beautiful (though we dearly need some rain).






And of course Henry had to help every minute of the day.
