S. Margarita Ligore - May 26, 2006

On our last day in Cinque Terre, we decided to take a side trip to Santa Margarita Ligore which was an hour away by train. It was heavy with tourist trade as it is a little gem of a seaside town. I'll let the pictures tell the whole story.




























































Note the Liberty House decor on the house behind this statues. There's a whole street of houses here that gussied up their facades with decorative tromp d'oeil.



Doesn't the beauty of italy knock you out?? I don't know if I'll ever recover.
